This policy applies to payments made to TravOWL Global LLC (“TravOWL”, “we”).
Your first consultation with our in-house doctor is free. Specialist consultations and any further consultations carry a fee, which can vary and is shown to you before you book. A consultation fee is not refundable once the consultation has taken place.
You can pay your quotation in full before you travel, or in parts. If you pay in parts, the first part must be paid before you arrive in India (for Parent Care, before the first visit), and each later part by its due date, before the next stage of your service begins. We will not start the next stage until the payment for it is made.
You will get a full refund of what you have paid towards your quotation, whether you paid in full or in parts, unless we have already paid hospitals, hotels, airlines or other providers for you. See the next section for those costs.
Your refund for those costs depends on what we get back from them. We will pass on what we recover, and we will show you the amounts. Some bookings may not be refundable at all.
You will get a partial refund based on what you have used. We pay hospitals in stages as your treatment goes on, so you are only charged for the stages you have used. We add up those charges, the services already provided, and what we have paid hotels, airlines and other providers, less anything they return to us. We then refund the rest of what you paid and show you how we worked it out.
Services already provided are not refundable.
If something is added during your service, its cost is added to your quotation, and we will give you an itemised bill explaining each charge.
Email support@caretravowl.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the way you paid, and your bank may take several business days to show them.
Saving a card on file is your choice. If you save one, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Nothing in this policy removes refund rights you have by law.
